Out There Winnipeg is partnered with Umbrella Boxing, a boxing club for members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and people of marginalized genders, including non-binary folks, trans women, and trans men to learn the sport of boxing. It is a space for members of the community who do not feel safe or included in current gym or boxing club environments. It is for those who want to experience boxing and fitness in an environment that rejects fatphobia, body-shaming, misogyny and other forms of discrimination and harmful messaging about health and fitness.
